The staff are there to assist you with finding the perfect gift for your loved ones or to add to your plant babies at home. We stumbled upon this store by accident, and it was a wow moment. We were in for an education. I didn't know how much I didn't know bout plants and flowers. My wife and I love flowers and this place is a must visit. The flowers here look healthy and happy. They have a flower wall that you can take pictures in front of FOR FREE. We are glad we were there and the owner is very professional and an educator.

From the customer service to the final product this has been the best flower shop I have ever been to. I got better than what I expected and then some. This wonderful place is amazing and I recommend it to anyone trying to impress their love ones with flowers!

Infinite Petals is by far the best luxury florist in North Carolina. The shop is absolutely stunning! When you walk in, you are greeted by a dazzling chandelier. The shop has a huge backdrop with beautiful & colorful flowers to take cool pics with friends and family. The energy is vibrant and welcoming. The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The owner, Sharita is a master florist. Tell her the occasion and she will make sure you will have the perfect arrangement 💐

Upon entry I was greeted with elite customer service. I wanted to buy roses for Valentine’s Day and Sharita did an amazing job assisting me. She helped me pick a dozen red roses and worked her magic. The end result was heavenly. Needless to say it sealed the deal on getting my Valentine lol. Finding the place was easy as they are located at Crabtree Mall next to Banana Republic. Also they are black owned which is so awesome. This is now my florist place!!! This place was easy to find. It’s located right

Sharita gave the most awesome experience. Super last minute delivery for a special someone in my life and I had no clue what I was doing or how to do it. Sharita simply said “I got you”…and she DID! Gorgeous arrangement, super fast delivery and she even gave me a little extra time and motivation to make sure I got just the right message on the arrangement card. Absolute best and will definitely use Infinite Petals again.

One of the best flower shops I have ever done business with. They called me about the mylar balloon I wanted. They didn't have one, so she made a very nice substitution and the flowers were arranged and delivered in about two hours. Pick them up or have them delivered(like I did), I highly recommend Infinite Petals as your go to flower shop in the Raleigh area!

I found Infinite Petals while searching for a florist near me on my way home from work. I was in a rush to grab flowers, and stopping there turned out to be one of my best decisions — second only to marrying my best friend :) Sharita greeted me warmly right away and asked what I was looking for. She gave helpful suggestions and guidance, and never once made me feel bad for not knowing much about flowers. Instead, she made me feel confident in my choice and took the time to make sure everything was just right. My wife absolutely loved the bouquet I brought home, and our anniversary went perfectly. From now on, Infinite Petals will be my go-to florist. The customer service was top-notch and Sharita was awesome! Thank you, Sharita!
